I have loved sweets since I can remember and over the years have developed high standards for my desserts. When Jacob started baking a few ago, I was at first skeptical of how good his desserts could be, he was just a kid. But over the last few years, his creations have become extremely good. Jacob’s macarons are 11 out of 10 - this is not a biased opinion, they are seriously better than what I have bought from local bakeries, very delicate and airy. Jacob’s macarons look professional - there are no cracks, they are all the same size and very appetizing looking. The shell has a light and crunchy texture on the outside and ever so slightly chewy (does not get stuck to teeth) on the inside. Jacob’s macarons are a truly luxurious and elegant experience. And Jacob bakes with good ingredients, no preservatives used, and in a very clean kitchen, which I value greatly. If you are looking for a delicious dessert that will not disappoint and you care who you support with your dollars, give Jacob your business, your taste buds will be happy, and you will be supporting a hard working kid with love for baking.
